There are three versions of our program:
Proactive
This is best for avoiding problems in the first place. We have defined best practices for maintenance of key computer equipment, network hardware and servers. Utilizing the best practices, we perform periodic maintenance and strive to keep small problems from becoming big problems. Utilizing the power of our 24 hour per day Network Operations Center, we can watch for your backup jobs, Windows event logs, antivirus signature updates, Windows updates, hard drive space, CPU utilization, network connectivity, firewall, router and many other performance metrics. You benefit by preventing many problems from occurring as well as a discounted labor rate, no trip fee, and priority service.
Reactive
If you like the idea of monitoring but want to keep the cost as low as possible, this is the program for you. We utilize the same monitoring system, but we remove the preventative maintenance portion of the program. It’s a great way to improve your overall IT operation at a minimal cost.
IT Assist
This program is great if you have a dedicated IT staff. Through access to our unique availability and performance monitoring solution, your personnel will continually have an ‘eye’ into the health and inner-workings of your own network. Instead of fighting fires, they will be able to predict and prevent most of your network issues. And when network problems do arise, you will be able to pinpoint the root cause of the problem and begin remediation almost immediately. If required, you will also have priority access to supplemental service support from our team of experienced, highly specialized personnel. All of this for a fraction of the cost of hiring an additional person – and our monitoring system never goes on vacation or calls in sick!
